Description

Weather and scratch resistant 8' sand powder-coated aluminum awning assist brace assembly - Complete with an aluminum mounting plate and stainless steel hardware.

Add additional strength and stability for retractable awnings. Prolong the life by eliminating unnecessary movement.
Mount and attach to a retractable awning's front bar for reduced wear and increased safety to the awning caused by sudden wind gusts, help protect the awning against tearing, and reduce under-awning noises caused by wind resistance. Easy to install and use. Quick-release lock pins allows for a tool-free brace installation and removal. The round aluminum brace body can be trimmed down to size with an ordinary plumbing pipe cutter or hack saw for a perfect fit in your patio space.
